Title: GROWING UP FILIPINO II—More Stories for Young Adults
In 2003, the editor published the first volume of the anthology of stories on “growing up Filipino” which was warmly received by educators who used the collection in their classrooms and libraries. Because of its popularity, a second edition was published consisting of 27 stories from writers in the Philippines, the United States and Canada. The stories were selected primarily for their literary merit. The book is a useful tool in the local classrooms considering the scarcity of books on Filipino-American youth.
